Lauriel is a servant leader who is active in her community. She works with a multitude of organizations such as SOS Children’s of Illinois, Hunger Task for America, and mentors at Marquette University. She has a career that has expanded across multiple organizations within the Healthcare Industry such as Specialty Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Medical Gases, Diagnostics. Most recently Lauriel is consulting for Abbott Labs, in IT Solution Delivery Services.
Lauriel’s career expands over 20+ years in community development, IT and Commercial Program Management, Contract Administration, National Accounts working with Group Purchasing Organizations, Entrepreneurship, Business Development and Strategy. She has held positions as Board Chair over the Commercial Operations Support Advisory Board at GE Healthcare. Lauriel is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has delivered operational excellence, successful commercial programs, continuous improvement, and effective transformation that resulted into innovation, customer value, better quality of life and employee engagement for fortune 500 companies like GE, Xellia Pharmaceuticals, Abbott Laboratories, Northwestern Mutual, and Airgas. Lauriel is the Board Chair for Pointers Community Initiatives that support programs like racial equality in the workplace, and food health initiative for minority women and children. Lauriel attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where she studied Computer Engineering and minored in Business Administration. Lauriel is an American woman with a passion for cooking and committed to serving her community. She is the owner of Lo’s Kitchen, a Personal Chef and Catering business, and also owns a successful AirBnB property Lo’s Manor.
