We are seeking a passionate and organized Community Health Program Coordinator to plan, implement, and evaluate health and wellness initiatives within the community. This position focuses on mental health education, youth outreach, and community partnerships to promote overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, along with experience coordinating events or public health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage community events and workshops related to mental health, wellness, and outreach programs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, budgets, and materials for health-related events and campaigns.
• Create and distribute outreach materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media content.
• Collect data, feedback, and program metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Support advocacy initiatives and awareness campaigns on mental health and youth well-being.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, grant materials, and presentations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of community-based health policies, ensuring that programs reflect local needs and align with organizational goals.
• Provide input on public health strategies and assist leadership in drafting internal or external policy recommendations related to community wellness and youth mental
  health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Information Studies, Public Health, or a related
  field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic data management tools.
• Experience with community outreach, mental health advocacy, or event coordination
  preferred.
• Must have completed the Strengthening Families Program (SFP) training.
• Must be bilingual.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and stakeholders.

Work Environment:

This is an in-office/community-based position with occasional evening or weekend hours for
events. The coordinator will work closely with team members, volunteers, and external partners.
