About the founder
Dimeji Tomori, CEO and founder of Pointters Community Initiatives (PCI), is a dedicated leader committed to making a positive impact in the community. With 17 years of experience in nonprofit management, IT programming, project management, entrepreneurship, business strategy, and operational management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.
He has worked with three Fortune 500 companies—General Electric, Hewlett Packard (HP), and Johnson Controls—and is actively involved in numerous community initiatives and leadership roles. He serves on the Board of Directors for Leaven, Inc. and the Multicultural Coalition, Inc. (MCI) in Appleton, Wisconsin, and is a member of the Community Investment Committee for United Way.
Additionally, he is part of the Chief Advisory Board, which evaluates data on crime, incarceration rates, and community challenges to develop effective solutions.
Dimeji holds a B.Sc. in Engineering, an MBA from Concordia University, an Executive Education in Product Innovation from Harvard University, and an Executive Education in Strategic Leadership from Yale University.
