About the founder
Dimeji Tomori, CEO and founder of Pointters Community Initiatives is an African immigrant. He is a passionate leader who loves to make a positive difference in the community. He has extensive knowledge in non-profit management, IT Programming and Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, and Operational Management with 17 years of Experience.
He is involved in many community work and projects. He has worked for 3 Fortune 500 companies – General Electric, Hewlett Packard HP, and Johnson Controls, He is a member of the Board of Directors of Leaven, Inc. and the Multicultural Coalition, Inc. (MCI) in Appleton, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Community Investment Committee for United Ways.
He sits on the Chief Advisory Board, which reviews data on crimes, incarceration rates, and opportunities as they relate to minorities in the community.
He has a B.SC in Engineering, an MBA (Concordia University), an Executive Education in Product Innovation from Harvard University, and another Executive Education in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity from Yale University.

It is high time we started finding solutions to these challenges.
2020 and 2022 are difficult years for every one of us. COVID tested our existence, but we fought the good fight, and we won the battle. I believe this year is a turning point for a better future. Nevertheless, the challenges facing us and our communities are real.
The poor educational system for minorities, racial inequality in the workplace, and poor access to the standard healthcare system. Every child deserves a good education and healthy meals daily. Every family deserves opportunities to care for their children and their future. We have got to stand together to find solutions to all these problems. One thing that we know for sure is that we are so endowed with technical capabilities and options to address these obstacles.
No amount of obstacle can stop us if we work together and lean on each other for support. Let’s start by finding solutions to these challenges – PCI is ready to work and utilize every resource available to tackle every challenging issue we face daily.
